It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Jerry Ward has passed. Jerry was the second person to sing the lead for the New Tulsans, and the first member of our group that has died.

Jerry was well known for his ability to deliver the message of a song. He will be greatly missed! It was my personal privilege to have been a member of the Heirborn Quartet with Jerry and to have him come and sing with the New Tulsans. The only recording that he made with the New Tulsans was “Glory to God”. May he rest in peace!

Yours in Christ,

Dr. Ken
